Last week Tax Fairness Oregon presented our petition calling for a robust Rainy Day Fund via kicker reform to the Democratic candidates running for governor. Governor Kitzhaber and Secretary Bradbury were impressed that over 500 Oregonians had called for this much-needed reform to bring stability to our failed roller-coaster revenue system.
